Showed up a little before 7:30am when Google said they opened. It was after 7:30am and still signed said closed. I even seen workers walk in. So when I walked up to the door I seen the sign said that they don't open til 8am. I probably wouldn't be writing this or giving so low of a review but I called them after 8am to let them know they need to update their hours and just received a very unnecessary attitude that yes they know this but basically will not change their hours on Google. To me this is unacceptable. For being a business you should keep your hours updated. I also feel the way it was approached when I called to let them know was not handled very well.

Sent an e-mail to Forge Hardware requesting information about availability of a Werner Class 1, 24 foot extension ladder and an adjustable stabilizer. My e-mail was answered by a corporate hack at Do It Best telling me they can not answer my question and I must call Forge Hardware directly. I was in Spring Grove for lunch at Goofy's, so I decided to stop in at the store. The only sign in front of this new store location was a wind damaged banner, and so I drove right past it the first time. Once arriving, I was astonished that the government would allow a new business to open in this building because it is NOT handicap accessible. There is NO handicap parking, and people in a wheelchair are excluded from accessing this business because there is a flight of stairs leading to the front entry. When I went inside and asked the employee about getting the ladder I wanted, the employee had no information or experience regarding the placement of an order through their computer system. I also questioned the employee about delivery of a ladder to my home, but he was unable to answer that question also. Us consumers are constantly bombarded by the media that we need to shop local and support our local business owners, but it's businesses like this that encourages us customers to shop at the big box stores, which is exactly what I did. I ended up ordering my desired ladder and stabilizer from Lowes, and they will deliver those items directly to my home. Thank you for nothing Forge Hardware.
