I wouldn’t give it 1 star but couldn’t leave a review with leaving a star.. I’m a new customer and the first two months my water bottles were send to the wrong address.. the third month I called to find out where my order was and was told to call back in a hour or two because the system was down.. very unprofessional !!!! Don’t get your water from them!!

The service from this company absolutely terrible. 1 star is too generous. I'd rather manually fill up bottles of water from the Passaic River than deal with this company.

Worst and bad company of ReadyRefresh I am sick of their bad delivery services. They texted me first that they were delivered the bottle water 5 gallon later I saw nothing delivered very bad ReadyRefresh company do not trust at them

When will my water arrive?
They are pretty expensive but I like the fact that I don't have to carry 5 gallon jugs to my house plus they have assorted drinks and set up a schedule and rent a cooler out to you I get delivery since 2017 and it's one of those sins I indulge in 😂..
