Tonight the teenager at the counter wasn’t letting me pay for my cheesecake and leave. I was just standing there waiting, watching him talk personal stuff with his buddy/customer who was done ordering and paying. I tried to say something like can I checkout or something and they can continue the convo after/while I pay but he was acting like I wasn’t even there so I just left with no cheesecake. Huge waste of time going there tonight

An old fashioned pizza place that reminds me of my childhood. If you want pizza, it's a pretty great choice - way better than the big chains. Atmosphere was a little lacking, but a very good experience overall.

We order from Pizza Mia about twice a month. We’ve had delivery issues before, but today was especially egregious. We placed a $60 order for pizza at noon, and after 2 1/2 hours, the pizza hadn’t arrived. I called the shop and was transferred to the manager, Tyler, who gaslit me and told me that my order was dropped off and somebody must have stolen it or I just couldn’t locate it. Nobody stole it - it’s 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. To remedy the situation, he offered to remake it and said it would be delivered in another hour. He offered me free breadsticks as compensation. I don’t think free breadsticks is suitable compensation for the amount of waiting and arguing I had to do. I think our Pizza Mia days are done. On the plus side, there are other fantastic pizza places in Bellefonte with way better customer service.
