We are open from 10am - 5pm on Dec 24th. Christmas Day our lobby is closed, no daycare and no pickup or drop off for boarders. Dec 31st and Jan 1st open for regular business 10am - 5pm. All other days during the holidays regular hours (M-F 6:30am - 7:30pm, weekends 10am-5pm)

Hello, and thanks for your question. We are a dog daycare, boarding and spa services business. By "boarding" we mean that you can have your pup stay with us all day and overnight while you're away. Our boarding dogs play in climate controlled, crate-free rooms with our daycare dogs during the day and then have a sleepover until their Pet Parent picks them up! Yes, they do boarding.

Loretta, we accept all credit cards, cash and checks. Most of our daycare dogs buy multi day passes (which reduce the daily rate and never expire). When you come for your dog we quickly bring you your pup, after first wiping them down with a hypoallergenic cloth to clean them after their fun day with their friends, and off you go! We simply log you out on our system and one of your daycare days is used. This way you do not have to check out or pay each time you pick up your dog.
