Had to have a brand new Samsung dishwasher replaced. First waited 10 days for replacement parts. They were defective when installer came back to make the repair. Called them and demanded they replace the unit. Later that day, they sent another dishwasher. The installers, Jose & Carlos were very professional and respectful of the new home. They were polite and even cleaned the new unit before leaving.

Update: 09012022 Just got part of my delivery completed today. Unfortunately due to some shady contractors, I needed to push out my delivery date. Jeff and Kevin were pure professionals and were able to get the delivery done rather quickly. I appreciate their promptness as I had a short time frame between work calls and the delivery and I wanted to be sure that I was present. Next step is the installation which will be in a few. Thanks again guys. Went into AA a couple of weeks back in order to look at the appliances that were available and get a feel for what costs, size, delivery and experience would be. I would advise everyone to not go anywhere else for their appliances. The experience is exceptional and the layout really allows you to feel like you are in your own kitchen. Thankfully Dallas was able to get us all set up, provided a few different quotes for different configurations and helped in making the right decision for us, as well as making sure we had the best price possible. Delivery should be in a few weeks and can't wait to have everything installed. Looking forward to preparing meals in our new kitchen. Thanks Dallas
