So I only gave it a rating not because of how wonderful, clean,or whatever else it is NOT... the tenants are all over the place, its loud, infested with drugs and violence. I have never seen that many Confederate flags flying so proudly, guess white deer is holding fast to the pitiful existence that its been for decades
