Lovely, kind staff. Volunteers wonderfully kind-,hearted and efficient preparing for the many hungry souls who arrive Tuesdays in search of hot food. Though it is a take away- Doing much for the many with other needs. Grateful and Thankful for their tenacity to keep progams on-going.

My church since 1976. Over years Jan Hus became a star ... A neighborhood go-to for its wonderful location and multi-spaces for public meetings. Real Estate in Manhattan + internet + much more ... combined to close the old church in the 2nd decade of the 21st century. ALL GONE😇🤣

Hey Daphne, thanks so much for your question! The Urban Outreach Center, which shares our space here at Avenue Church, is not accepting clothing donations. We recommend donating to Samaritan’s Closet at Madison Avenue Presbyterian (74 & 1) or St. John the Divine on the UWS. — Pastor Jordan
Pantry hours are currently Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 1pm at our 104th St location. More info at: UOCNYC.org There are no services operating out of 74th any longer.
