This people were great no issues even the gentleman picking up my dad was so great why people talk about them is beyond me.. however it took a while to get him back but that's was OK they are slammed in fla with older people moving here and passing away so give them a break have respect be nice at lease they are cheap and we can afford it.. They came recommended by hospice . They were all very sweet and understanding in my time of need as I just lost my mom. It did take a little longer but they wound up having to send her to me at no extra cost. They went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I would recommend them to everyone who need some one to be respectful and caring in there time of need. Thank you so much and being respectful of my mom 💖

Very professional and courteous. Did everything they said they would in the exact amount of time they said it would take.The best price bar none on cremation services. It is tragic that people leave poor reviews because they have expectations of a "funeral home" charging $5,000-$10,000 yet only want to pay $600-$700. You folks need to get real. Abbey was top-notch for the price and i was very grateful for the extremely good service, low price and respectful care of me and my late loved one. Thank you, Abbey Cremation.

This place was recommended to us by Hospice. This is the worst place ever. Very poor customer service. When I tried to call to get the information about my Fiancé’s remains the girl I spoke to said she would need to pull the file and call me back in 1-2 hours and another time when we called to get the process started it was 2:45pm and we were told sorry I already turn my computer off you will have to call back tomorrow. We just picked up my fiancé remains today and the girl at the computer had no compassion or anything no sorry for your loss nothing. Just set the box on the table gave us a form to sign and said ok that it. I have called the Hospice at St Joseph Hospital main and told them they need to stop referring people to this place they have the worst customer service the hours are ridiculous who has a business that you can only do business MonFri 11am3pm and saturdays 10am-11am. I will never use these people again!! I am telling everyone do not use this business.
