Wednesday nights we serve a hot meal and Saturdays we provide a bag lunch. We have a very limited emergency pantry by appointment.
In the lower east side in the 1970s, graffiti was everywhere. When we started serving the community through a storefront on 7th and B the first job was to paint over the graffiti. Woke up the next day and the graffiti was back. Tried again, same result. We decided to join in and write messages of hope. What should we call this place. Graffiti Church.
