The most unreliable McDonald’s I’ve ever come across. There have been times I’ve submitted a mobile order but haven’t received it because they’re “cash only” which is a first for McDonald’s for me. If it’s due to an error they have, it seems like they’re not interested in fixing it.

This place is a joke! The employees are lazy and miserable. They act like doing their job is a sin... I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches but received two McChickens at the crispy chicken sandwich price.... worst place in Youngstown. Like

They don't get the order right, and get rude about how they messed up your order. Literally returned the whole order, food Untouched, after looking at the order, and visually seeing, it wasn't right, I immediately called to return the food, and get the correct order that I paid for, and it didn't happen, they didn't even try to correct the order... Smh Bottom of the barrel employees. Better get used to flipping them Burgers, and you don't even qualify for that. Good luck with that YSU McDonald's. Go Penguins!!!
