The food was good but the service had much to be desired. It seemed that they simply did not have enough wait staff. The staff they did have lacked experience. A shame because the food was good. We were never provided their specials, had to request bread when it was being given to other tables, never had our water glass refilled, never asked if we wanted dessert or coffee/tea, much less provided with a dessert menu. Just a shame.

Horrible service. Got the wrong food and it took so long to even get the wrong food. Don't go here. And no utensils only butter knifes.

Really wanted to like this place and with some tweaks I could. Beef carpaccio was overshadowed by too much arugula and parmesan. Rice balls were delicious but because served in tomatoe sauce, instead of sauce on side, balls arrived soggy. Oxtail pappardelle again was delicious but overshadowed by almost every other bite of what I'm assuming were small bone fragments. Inside was nicely decorated and staff was efficient and friendly. I'd give another try but meals themselves need some tweaks.
