Maintenance requests mean NOTHING (no hot water? Deal with it and boil some) , office staff does NOTHING (loses paperwork that’s been on file for YEARS), and the “assigned parking” is a freaking JOKE. Our parking spaces and many others are taken up ALL THE TIME (especially on weekends for PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIVE HERE). I would not recommend this place at all unless you are about to be borderline HOMELESS. Mine as well call it a “shelter” with how poorly the complex is ran. What a joke.

Terrible place to live hot water always runs out black mold human waste coming out of the drain pipe had multiple pairs of shoes my living room carpet soaked from sewage and they refuse to replace my belongings all they care about is the money

They tell you the apartments are for people who can't really afford to pay rent but denied someone I know who didn't make enough, then when he was making alot, they said he was making too much to live there yet you have people with expensive vehicles and working at great paying jobs that shouldn't be there but are living there.
