Where does this county spend all the tax money? It clearly doesn't go to the DMV.

How can you confirm with the dmv that your title fax has been received before making an in person appointment? No one picks up the phone line. Is there an extension?

They are massively busy so you have to be patient with the phones. Or if you got a successful fax notice after faxing I would assume they got it if you had the correct number.
You go on the New York State Department of Motor Vehicle website pick your county and then they'll show you what appointments are available. Pick the one you want and the will send you verification.

The registrant must complete an MV-82. Bring the completed form, the registrants proof of ID, and the remaining plate. The fee is $28.75. You will walk out of the office with a new set of plates, and new registration.

My husband renewed his license today, he said he did not sign the donor portion,yet they have signed him up as a donor. Paul removed himself from the list in 2012, due to too many health issues. what does he need to do to remove it

You should have received a new one in the mail. If you have not received a new license in the mail you should contact the DMV
