Made appt with WH office. Showed up for my first dental cleaning...Was told I didn't have an appt. nor was I in their system!! Staff apologized & said I may have called the wrong (general) number, not their direct #. When I checked my contact # I HAD called the direct # in the first place!!!

I had an appointment for the dentist. I showed up and they can't find my appointment anywhere. Of course I'm gonna be upset after coming all the way there and canceling what I had to do. Gas is expensive! The reception girl was soooo rude to me. I will never go back there. These young people need to learn to respect their elders.

Maybe they would improve if they were willing to do anything besides labs. Stop canceling appointments. They didn’t even call this time, just let us show up and then told us the appointments were canceled. No reason why, they didn’t know why. Try to call and you get a message that the number is no longer in service. I have yet to see the same doctor twice, which isn’t a problem because they only see you in order to read your lab results to you.
