I went to this establishment today for the first time. My friend, Danny, and I both went to get pedicures. We walked in and the place had a nice atmosphere and was clean. We were seated in the chair and handed a small book menu of types of pedicures. As we were reading the descriptions, the man who seated us told us the lavender came with everything. So, I took a look and I repeated, it comes with all of this?... as I showed him the page and the bulleted list....and cutting me off....he said, "Everything. It comes with everything!" Therefore, my friend and I decided on the Lavender pedicure. We sat back and began to enjoy the pedicure. My friend was finished before me, and I noticed that they didn't do the paraffin sock on him. I questioned it and one of the ladies doing a pedicure next to me, said that it didn't come with the lavender. My friend brought me the menu and I looked at the bulleted list, and it stated paraffin socks three up from the bottom of the bulleted list. So, the man came back over and said, "No, you see ... look at these other pages, it says for $5 extra. See how it is highlighted." I said, but it doesn't say it on this page, it said it is included, but he pretty much dismissed me. I was angry and I expressed it as much. The young man that was doing my pedicure continued to do a good job. Despite the fact that he could probably feel my tension, he kept taking very good care to do a good job. Overall, I was pleased with the pedicure. However, because I felt like they were not honest about the one item being included, I will not be returning. I lost any trust that could have been built. At the very least, if he wanted a returning customer, he could have seen my point and understood that he was the one that kept saying, "It came with everything." For this reason, and this reason only, I will not return to this place of business. I am including the pictures. What do you think?

Nail tech was on time for my appt. Very quick work and shape the way i want it.

My toe nails were cut/shaped badly & paint job was very bad as well :( I was charged ($45 for a regular gel pedicure).
