Went to Venice Avenue location for a 6:30 am scheduled appointment. Confirmed with my Dr. that they emailed the requisition to quest 2 weeks prior. Supervisor named TIFFANY said they never received it. Didn’t seem to care at all, was unsympathetic. Gave me NO option to bring the requisition in later today(10 minute appt)! Said I needed to reschedule thru their website. Since this problem was no fault of my own, I expected some leeway! I asked her if she knew how hard it was to get an appointment ? and her response was just flatly”yes!” No apologies. So unprofessional and uncaring for a medical service position. Did I say she was a supervisor??!! I will NEVER go back there, in fact, just set up an appointment with LabCorp. Too bad since I have been using quest in two states now for over 20 years. DONE! Nobody deserves to be treated like this. Ever.

This was the most organized ,effecient lab( including any other medical facility )that I have ever been in. If there were more stars I would give them!

This is always a very easy and efficient in-and-out testing site. I typically get in at my appointment time and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's best to have an appointment and when you get there, just go to the kiosk and enter your appt code. Easy.

Yes they do just go in and fill out info on computers inside and sit down
Yes. They take appointments but you can walk in and wait.
I do not know. Google them. I'm sure their website gives the days they are open.
You can go on their website to make your appointment.
Call Quest. They are the only ones who can answer your question.
You should call Quest directly to answer your question. I do not work there, and am not qualified to answer this question.
I do not know. You should call them directly to answer your question.
Yes, they do take walk-ins. You will have to wait, while others who have their appointment, will be taken first.
Yes you can walk in, but I recommend making an appointment, because you may have a very long wait. They take those with appointments first. I did make an appointment, and glad l did! When you arrive, you just sign in on a tablet. They will call you at your appointed time. Hope this helps with your decision.
