I stopped in today to grab a couple things real quick and I was shocked by how busy it was. Even with all the chaos the manager on duty Adam was so polite and greeted me as I walked through the door. When I got to the register he asked if I found everything I was looking for. He was so polite even though he was doing multiple things at once. I have been too many truck stops in my life. But this was by far my most pleasant experience. The customer service that Adam and this store presented really is a lost art these days. Flying J has me as a long time customer for the future!

Nope Nope

Spent the evening here 6/13/22 young lady named Lisa was truly about her job ! She was mopping the floors taking care of the showers making sure customers were getting taken care of as far as clean showers and even politely gave me an extra towel when I asked her for one. Thanks Lisa wish there were many more folks out here providing great customer service like you do. Pop's Logistics LLC

The coffee bar was not working properly, creamer dispenser was broken, using milk and creamer jugs instead, which is doable, but the coffee area was crowded by the extra jugs and so on. There were no Dunkin sandwiches, no bagels, no …Thank you for letting us know. We will reach out to the store to discuss this with them further. Thanks for being our eyes and ears on the road.

Showers was clean and food at Perkins was great….. Really only problem I see is sum of the parking…. It says plan as day but looks like sum one isn’t enforcing it
