If your insurance company is paying for it, then by ALL means, take it there. They do excellent work and treat their customers well, but expensive as hell if you're paying out of pocket. I'd recommend them.
I don't know Who Rick Vatter is … why don't you just call the front desk and ask for him... we got our car from J.D. I highly recommend him… he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of us
