Beware: Awful customer service in the service dept. We had an oil change appointment at 1:30 pm and two hours later no vehicle. We were told at least another 3 hours! No communication but got annoyed when we asked where are we in line. We were told to come back tomorrow. Why?! What is an appointment for? We were told they didn’t have enough mechanics for the work load. That isn’t the customers problem. The Hispanic man we spoke to said he didn’t get paid by the hour and worked many hours unpaid. That’s not the customers problem! He wasn’t the best person to have deal with customers. No apology, nothing.

First time here. Came for an oil change because they have an express lane. Was told it would be 2 hours. I couldn't wait that long, so they suggested I make an appointment, which I did. Came back for my appointment the next day, and it still took 2 hours. So much for "express." False advertising.

I took my Chrysler Pacifica in for oil change, tire rotation and diagnosis of a ticking noise from the area of the dash. Luis did a great job keeping me informed via text messages and phone calls. I was treated like a valued customer.

Yes we require all employees and customers to wear a mask inside the dealership. We also practice social distancing, but when we can't social distance we have a plexiglass covering between the employee and customer. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and we are constantly cleaning surfaces. We have have a disinfectant company come by periodically to sanitize the whole building.
You can always fill out an application on our website, whether it is a finance application or a job application.
If the repair is covered by warranty than yes . The warranty would pay rental. We do not have free rentals .
Everyone is different based off a lot of factors (credit score, trade-in, occupation ect.). The best way to know your options is to come on in whenever you are availble and talk to one of our sales professionals.

That's a good question. I recommend calling the dealer so you can know the cost of repair on top of the battery. The costs vary by dealer.
