We refinanced a car with them and they sold us insurance for mechanical damage and car repairs (which I do not recommend at all), after a year of being with them the car broke down and I took it to a garage mechanic with the supposed policy for repairs that the SunCoast Agent from this office sold us, the workshop contacted the insurer and the car did not register in their System, that is, for a whole year SunCoast discounted the payment of a policy that did not was in force, after we found out what was happening we went to the bank a couple of times until they resolved to give us insurance coverage for the repairs, after the repair shop reported the repairs to the insurance and they approved said repairs they did not pay the shop the total of the invoice and alleging each day a different excuse from which they and the bank wanted to get rid of responsibilities. This insurance company that they sell is a scam and after you go to the bank they want to tell you that they have nothing to do with this insurer and how is it then that they make an alliance with such an irresponsible company without knowing it, can you believe this? So neither the bank nor the insurance company they work with I would give even one star 👎🏽 they are both irresponsible
