Service Advisor Jason is the best. He takes the time to listen to my issues and is working hard to fix them all. Thanks

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! They have NO problem selling you a car but maintaining it here will cost all your time & money. Very inefficient and inconsiderate service dept. My car wasn’t even looked at for 7 days until I said I was picking it up. Then they replaced batteries but never found the problem, never completed the oil change I requested.

Had my car for about a week and a half, fixed it, said I can pick it up anytime. Called to get my keys/paperwork in the front 30 minutes before they closed, said nobody is able to get my paperwork. Called the front desk manager, he said call service during hours. Which I did. On top of that, had to explain why a cigarette lighter plug shouldn't be charged as tampering with the cars electronics. Than on top of it, when I called, the lady said my car hasn't been there for a week and half because "Saturday Sunday Monday makes 3 days".

Doug malinowski i do not know
I'm not for sure. But I'm sure you can call them. I've always had good customer service out of them with their service department and their sales staff so I'm sure they'll be able to accommodate you for whatever you need.
Probably a good idea
Thanks so much
Yes, you might want to call their service department and set an appointment. They offer a shuttle if you need transportation.
Actually we just got one in today, I don't know any details on color/trim as it was being prepped but I can confirm it is here(and as this was this morning it should be out front) we should be receiving several more shortly.
Wow Emily Ennis that's Genius, do you get paid for this kind of answer, it doesn't work before they open, I tried several times. So keep your Genius ask answers to yourself. You just push people off.
About 220 dollars
if it is a new car warranty yes orherwise
Yes, but my experience was horrible. Scheduled for warranty work last Monday, so dropped off Sunday night. Called Monday, and they hadn't touched it and had no record. By the 4th call, they said it would be done by 5. Never a return call, and didn't get it back til Wednesday night. Still don't have my key back.
Any car you ever wish to have from any dealership you have the option of leasing or purchasing it's usually cheaper to lease a vehicle and return it when the lease is up.
Your asking someone who doesn't work there. They will put you in a vehicle regardless of anything else
Expensive but yes, you may want to just purchase another ECU on ebay & swap it yourself. It'll be 3x's cheaper.
Yes to 1st question No to 2nd
