I would say that my expectations where met but nothing stellar. They made it super stress free on me not having to do really anything after I submitted all my initial documentations. We do not charge any interest; however, we charge a $25/month service fee, which is the administrative cost associated with offering a payment plan.

We find that when paying by the hour, clients become afraid to send emails or call because it will cost them more.
