Just finished my driver's test with Fleming all florida safety institute and passed with 0 deductions all thanks to Ed!!! He helped Me prepare for my test beforehand and corrected me on even my little mistakes. I would've never passed without you Ed! Thank you 💓

I am really disappointed with this institute. We paid for the classes in June. The classes were scheduled for July. Then they rescheduled the classes for August. Now, the instructor called and said he has COVID. I am calling the office to find out when her classes are and they said someone will call me back in 3-5 business days. I asked them for the refund so that I can go somewhere else but they have very strict no refund policy. Did anyone else face the same issue?

Absolutely awful company! I purchased the online 50 question permit test for my son. He took it. He passed. We had an appointment at the DMV for him to get his permit today. The results should have been sent to the DMV electronically (yes, I submitted the online request). I also paid extra to have a copy of his certificate emailed to me as backup. The email never came. I called the 866 number earlier today and was told they had to contact IT to have the certificate resent to my email (could take 24 hours or more) but the DMV is a different system so the results would definitely be there. We arrived to the DMV to find out results were NOT sent. I called the 866 number again and was told there was a glitch and the last 5 of his social was wrong (they had 01234). The young lady who I was speaking with gave me an 800 number to call to have the social fixed. I called, it's a completely different company who handles the Drug and Alcohol Course, not the 50 question test. I called the 866 number again, explained the situation and was placed on hold until exactly 5p when they disconnected the call. By this time we have had to leave the DMV with no permit for my son, no answers from your company, and out the $29.49 that I have paid you. Completely unacceptable! I was able to go in and update the last 5 of his social myself in the account info. I requested results sent to the DMV again. Hopefully that works because obtaining assistance from this company is a lost cause. I'm beyond angry with a very, very disappointed child!
