We had my daughters birthday party there yesterday and it was not a good experience. We were told that at 1pm we would have the pizza and two pitchers of drinks at our table at that time. Some of our guests had a hard time getting up the stairs due to age and other matters and we were never told they had an elevator on the other side of the Bildungsroman which would have been nice to know. We waited and waited until about 1:20pm with these kids just waiting and waiting. They finally bring the pizza and then don’t bring the pitchers of drinks. Which we were supposed to get two different kinds of drinks but they ran out of everything so we got punch. It didn’t matter to these people because they automatically get a 10% service charge added on at the end of the party. Never again.

Unfriendly and mean staff, service is very bad and late. Not good for parties I paid for the highest package and did not get the services I was promised. Kids though had a lovely time.

We came to celebrate a teenage birthday with about 15 kids. Unfortunately they were a bit understaffed. So they kids enjoyed the trampolines and activities but the food was a bit late and it was a bit slow to wait in lines to find out what was going on. Lasertag also has a pretty long queue, though they enjoyed it once we finally got in.

30 minutes is 8 dollars. 1 hour is 13 dollars. 1 hour 30 minutes is 19 dollars.

there is a small area with a trampoline specifically for toddlers... also my 3 yr old played a few of the arcades there.

I work there as an employee. The arcade card is dependant on what you want to put on it. It is used as a means to gain access to 2 of our attractions along with the arcade. If you wish to play the arcade, you can put set amounts such as $20 which will get you point values. Some point packages will add more points as deals as you get higher as a bonus, but the card will also be used to gain access to the laser tag and Ropes course if purchase rounds for said attraction. To help, $1 dollar is 4 points. If a game requires 8 points to play, it will be $2 to play said game. Also, tickets for prizes are saved on the card as well so don't lose the card if you have tickets on them to reclaim for prizes.
I believe it is fair we paid 31 dollars for three hours which included unlimited laser tag, all trampoline activities and rope obstacle course.

I took my family yesterday 4-13-19, 5 kids and 2 adults.. 1 child was under 2 so it was free for her. They all jumped for an hour the total of the bill was $71. i think it was $8 dollars a child

Hello Bob, If both of your daughters was invited to a party than no you don’t have to pay anything. It is prepaid by the parents. If one of your daughter was invited than you would have to pay for the one that was not invited. For additional information please call FFZ. Thank you

Yes a little clarification is needed on your question. Are you looking to jump for 2 hours or do you want to jump for half an hour and then do some laser tag and arcading? Look at their website and it'll let you know how much it's going to cost for how much time on each event.

No age limit on laser tag or arcade that i am aware of. There are only 3 things there that have a age/height request. Trapeze bar/48" tall, Olympic style trampolines/10yrs and older and the rope coarse/48" tall
To jump for 90 mins on M-TH it's $16 on F-SUN it's $19. I hope this helps!
