The number of guests permitted in your party will depend on the escape room you choose. Our Bros for Life room allows for 2 – 8 players (if 9+, please call), our Outage: No Vacancy room can accommodate 2 – 4 players and our Granny’s Blackmail room can fit 2 – 6 players comfortably. Typically our operating hours are: Fridays & Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 12 a.m.; Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.; and Mondays from 2 – 10 p.m. Hours may vary during holidays. Please call 407-730-6733 with any questions.

We recommend tennis shoes or anything you’ll be comfortable in for the duration of your experience. Whatever footwear you choose, we highly encourage them to be closed-toed. With one of our rooms fitting up to 8 people, another room that’s in complete darkness for a portion of the experience, it’s best to protect your toes from any potential injuries!

While the industries are similar, we are not a haunted house. Some of our themes may be highly suspenseful and have loud sound effects, but there will not be “scareactors” in the room with your party. Please call us at 407-730-6733 with any questions.

We only offer private games at a tiered ticket pricing. Groups of 4+ are priced at $32 plus tax/person. Groups of 3 are priced at $35 plus tax/person. Groups of 2 are priced at $40 plus tax/person. Each of these ticket prices ensure a private experience, not paired with other players. A minimum of 2 people are required for all bookings online (solo players — please call). At this time, we do not require that our guests wear face masks. However, we do strongly encourage guests that are not vaccinated to wear face coverings in our public spaces (i.e. lobby, bathrooms and hallways) and while being briefed by your game master. Everyone in your party is required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation start time. This time frame is to complete check-in, fill out waivers and use the restroom prior to starting the game. As always, please account for Orlando traffic and parking availability. If your group anticipates arriving later than the 15 minutes prior to start time, call us at 407-730-6733.

If you have to reschedule your booking, we ask that you inform us via email or phone call at least 24 hours in advance. If we receive notice in this timeframe, we will accommodate your request to reschedule the time and/or date (availability dependent). Only one reservation change is permitted per booking. Rescheduling excludes a refund. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before a scheduled booking will not guarantee the ability to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate all guests. If you need to cancel, we ask that you inform us via email or phone call at least 48 hours in advance to give us the opportunity to fill the time slot. If we receive notice within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled booking will not be guaranteed a refund, but will be offered an opportunity to reschedule if the notice is 24 hours before a scheduled booking. Most of our games at The Escape Ventures Orlando have a 60-minute time limit. However, our LTO pop-up experience has a 45-minute time limit. For the most accurate time limit, be sure to read the description of the game you're interested in, as it will be listed at the top. And of course, if you still have any questions, we're happy to answer them over the phone or via email.

There are a few different rules based on whether you're participating in a private or public game. For private experiences: we allow a 10-minute grace period, but we must start your time 10 minutes after your scheduled game start time. You and your team may enter after the start time, but the full allotted playing time would be forfeited. For a public experience: your time starts at the designated game time. As a courtesy to other players, if you are partnered with other players and arrive late, you forfeit the reservation and will not be allowed into the game. There will be no refunds given to late arrivals. To best avoid any complications, arrive 15 minutes early as instructed in order to complete your check-in and waivers with enough time before your game starts. Are escape rooms are open to guests of all ages. However, we do require anyone under the age of 18 to be accompanied into their game by at least one ticketed adult who is 21 years of age or older.

The Escape Ventures Orlando is a live-action escape game experience. You and your team will be placed inside of one of our themed game rooms and given a story with mission to complete. Players will decipher a series of puzzles, crack codes and solve the mission in order to make your escape. Many people ask if we are a haunted house experience, and while the industries are similar, we are not a haunted house. Some of our themes may have some gory themes or might be highly suspenseful, but you will not have actors jumping out at you. You will not need to bring anything for the game. We do recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. If your reservation has a remaining balance, the balance must be paid before entering the room. We do not take any cellular devices from our players; however, we prohibit the taking of pictures and videos inside the game. Be sure to call with any other questions or concerns!
