Do they provide people with tennis raquets/balls or do we have to bring our own?

This is a public park, so you'll have to bring your own racquets and balls. The only equipment provided is the playing surface, the posts, and net. The courts are also fully enclosed by fences.

Is there any place that would allow outside roller skating??
