The lady in the return department has very bad customer service skill. I felt completely unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and she had a “ stoic face “ the whole time answering my question.

It's awesome that you can return items for Amazon with ZERO hassle; just love it! I went with my wife and this is mostly her opinion regarding the bathroom & kitchen decor, rugs & towels. She thought the prices were expensive even with the 50% & 35% off deals listed throughout the aisles. She felt those signs were intentionally misleading to make customers feel they were getting a good deal when in fact they are not. One example was a bathroom rug regular price around $50 with sale price of $25. She listed a couple of stores that have similar or better quality rugs for $20 or less, even some with better known names. I was shocked at the prices of their pots & pans but she did say they were very good quality even if you could get them elsewhere a little bit to a lot cheaper. The other item I noticed, the dog toys, I know for certain you can get tougher and cheaper at Petsmart. So sorry Kohl's but bottom line is you're too expensive with shady prices for my liking. Thank you for the ease of returning Amazon.

I really love this location. Typically, I am at one in Knoxville. However, I was looking for something specific, and my usual location was out. I stopped at the JC location, and they had it. It was still on sale. The saleslady told me to check out the app. I got an additional discount. So, thank you. I love what I purchased.

I'm not one to do a lot of shopping. I was here with my wife for her birthday. I was impressed with how very clean and bright the store was and the huge selection of items to choose from. They had some great sales as well and the sales associates were very helpful. I'll be going back to look at some things for myself.
