Horrible place, couldnt make an appointment online, came without appointment at 7:30 waited for 2 hours, and continued to bump to the end of the line, customer service was unhelpful, stated that they have only 3 people that working instead of 4.But seemed that only people with appointments were served.

Worst place don’t ever visit and waste ur time. I waited for 40 mins and they were like we are not taking walk ins you have to leave and there were like just one more patient. The staff just doesn’t want to work.

I believe they give a confirmation number when you set up your appointment that you can later use to change the appointment, etc. if needed. Since the place you posted isn't ran by Quest, but a public forum by Google, I would advise you to call Quest directly.
Hi Sandi! You've asked this question on a public website, not to Quest themselves. Please contact Quest via phone, or your medical provider if the blood test was requested by them. Go onto their website and schedule an appointment. I have seen covid 19 testing options on their. So feel free to call their number for additional information.
You will need to pick up a kit.
It's all automated ,& you can't get a live person by phone. The phone # is on their location specific website. I remember the last 4 #'s there are 1313 ,(just like the Munster's address, if your familiar w/that ?!)
