I purchased a Sprinter teardrop from Weeroll early 2021 as a camping rookie. After a few camping trips, I quickly learned that I need a larger rig. Tom, Weeroll Founder, was kind enough to meet with me, listen to my vision, and provide me with an estimate for a custom unit, knowing I wasn't going to place a deposit immediately. I also find it important to mention that he did this consult during a short window of free time he had between hospital visits, where his elderly father was in the midst of being treated. Who does that!? In my opinion, this speaks volumes about Tom's character and his love for his craft. Without a doubt, I will go with Weeroll for my next camper. I've done extensive research on RV products in the current market and Weeroll comes in second to none. In fact, I believe this product gives Airstream and Intech a run for their money. I LOVE that I have the ability to fully customize with Weeroll! I can't wait to get started on my new trailer! 🤗

On July 29th, 2022, I took delivery of an 18 foot WeeRoll Silver Star at the WeeRoll facility in Ocala Florida. 2 weeks prior to this, I had seen this trailer advertised for sale on Facebook by WeeRoll on their FB page. It was still being manufactured and was a special order cancellation. I contacted the owner, Tom Cafaro via FB messenger, and he responded within 10 minutes. He said he thought the trailer was still available, but he would confirm the following day, which he did. Once it was confirmed available, I committed to purchase and Tom got me in contact with his office manager to finalize the transaction. I also asked for a vinyl floor to be installed and some roof racks to be fabricated, which I was willing to pay extra for. They accommodated me without hesitation. I sent Tara Olan, the office manager, a bank ACH for the full purchase price and made arrangements to pick up the trailer two weeks later. During that two weeks, I had various questions about tongue weights, total trailer weight, etc and each time I reached out, Tom or Tara were always available and responded within 24 hours, which I considered prompt considering how busy they are. When I arrived at WeeRoll to pick up my trailer, I was impressed with the level of activity going on inside, and also outside, on my trailer. There were three gentlemen going over my trailer with a fine toothed comb making sure it was road ready. They checked the tire pressures, lug nut torques, and one of them was installing a final piece of the electrical system. They also did a hook up check and ensured all of the lights were operating properly and that I had my trailer hooked up in a level configuration. Long story short, I was treated very well, and purchased an extremely nice, quality built trailer by some really nice folks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WeeRoll to my friends or family members and would buy from them again. Good Job WeeRoll!

I purchased a wee roll Gladiator 2 years ago. Waited a long time to have it built. Only to receive it poorly built and leaks from everywhere. Roof, window, doors and between wall and floor. Electrical issues tripping GFI from water in walls. I've been more than patient with them. They made many promises and have not to this day fixed my Gladiator camper. Tom cafaro owner, Is not a trustworthy and accountable person in my experience. Soon to litigate. Spoke with many unhappy people online. class action lawsuit is in order to properly remedy this issue.

Tom Cafaro, Thanks for helping me with registering my Silver Star with my state. My state made me jump thru a lot of hoops to get it registered and Tom was with me to help me with this process all the way. Thanks again, you are a rockstar!!!
