Yes but I'm a non smoker. Doesn't bother me while I'm there. You can definitely smell it in your clothes and hair when you get home but it's so fun there that it's worth it.

Colors are the insignia or patches worn by motorcycle club members on cut off vests to identify membership of their club and territorial location. Wearing such clothing is referred to as flying one's colors . We have the Enforcers Biker Club across the street that has started numerous fights in our bar. For the safety of my bartenders and patrons, the lawyer recommend this dress code to solve the problem. It has been on the doors of the Outlook for 37 years until one girl didn't understand the term and did not bother to look it up before she went on this rant. She even called the news stations which laughed hysterically when we told them of the definition.

Smoking allowed but the place is large not smoky

This is not a restaurant (no food), and we are just a neighborhood bar. Same people same barstools for 36 years. We have hand sanitizer and an excellent cleaning staff. We ask everyone that does not feel at ease in this environment to wait until they feel 100% comfortable coming in.

We opted not to do a happy hour per say. Between 5-6 your first drink is discounted regardless of what you drink. On Thursday night I supply free pizza for the whole bar at 6:00. On Sunday’s I supply free food from12-4 for the whole bar.
