We waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes wrong food cold fries .... SMH then employees yelling in the store not mention they locker the doors way before the dinning hall closed. Then the manager told the person who was making the food that he can take his mask off when she opens the window handed me wrong cold food. We're dealing with a pandemic covid19 wow really she tells him take his mask off.

No matter what you get the they will mess up your order. The staff can never seem to get an order right and always forgets to put things in your order that are standard like ketchup. They are consistent about messing up

I work for a large retailer and because of this I tend to be keen on presentation and professionalism and I assigned an F grade on both. Some of these employees should be banned from having personal cell phone conversations and strongly encouraged to pay attention to the condition of the dining room and wait time. I sat down at the cleanest table I could find and it had dried ketchup everywhere. I decided not to ask staff to clean it for me in order to walk out healthy and whole.

That's very correct, customer service is awful, the inside is not encouraging but the drive thru personnel are much better even though the line us always much.
