Horrible experience trying to get a money order from here since the bank was closed. The old man in the western union section did not want to do his job and accused me of having another name on my card when he didn't even look at my ID. He was very incompetent and rude which makes me think he had no business being in charge of handling money.

Wish I could give no stars. The woman who works maintaining self check out was very rude. She was on a phone call on her ear piece and upset she had to help us at self checkout. Then when something rang the wrong price she insisted it was right. I went and took photos of the price tag and she then proceeded to stomp over to the items saying i know these prices for certain and that i was wrong. But didnt even know which isle the item was in..showed her the exact tag that matched and she still argued with me..all while on her phone call. Will never revisit this location. #worstjewelever

Have had plenty of issues lately with wrong pricing or buy 2 get 1 free... Caught paying for All 3. Julie at customer service told me to shop somewhere else because I took pictures and proved her wrong. Rude!!! What ever happened to customer service, helpfulness & a smile 😊???
