Do not visit this office. For starters, Smith doesn’t communicate with her patients. She uses the office staff who have no medical knowledge and communicates medical information either incorrectly, or not at all to the patient. This happened numerous times while attending this office. Luz, at one point managed to relay incorrect medicine names, and dosages to Smith, who then, as the unprofessional that she is, responded back with, “I thought I made it clear that…” I don’t deserve to be snapped at because your office staff is incompetent. Another staff member outright forgot to tell me about blood work Smith had called for. I only learned this when I called asking to speak to Smith and was told I needed to do the unmentioned blood work first. This relayed through the office conversation ALSO started off with, “I thought I made it clear that.” No, you made nothing clear, because you don’t communicate with patients. I refuse to refer to Smith as a doctor because of how atrocious her bedside manner is. Furthermore, she does not listen to her patients, does not care about their chief complaint, pain, suffering, or the consequences they’ve faced at work due to my worsening physical condition because she is incapable of making a difficult decision. She is a spineless, useless, checklist style practitioner who’s “wait and see” approach allows her patient’s condition to worsen over the MONTHS they spend waiting for their appointments, at which point she relays that she hasn’t made a decision. If you value your health, find a real doctor.

Please stop giving Dr Smith bad reviews because you didn't get to see her. She is absolutely one of the top 3 Drs.in the area and every other Dr. I see praises her as that so please stop. She's incredible at diagnosing, treating ,bed side manner and a beautiful soul.

My spouse had a great experience with Dr. Smith, hut we've been unable to get in touch to retrieve her medical records since we moved. Adventhealth has absolutely no record of my wife ever seeing Dr. Smith, presumably because of a shift in medical records systems when the practice changed its association. We are in dire need of getting these records and have no way of getting in contact with the office from abroad.
