Where did customer service go? I called this store to get help buying a few things for a family member and got short snarky responses of how it has to be done online. While online has nowhere to put a different person as the pickup person, nor does it give the military discount with a phone number(like in store) it used to be they would help you spend money with them, now it seems they would rather finds ways to tell you no....oh well...

Unknown by me call Lowe's
We install fencing here at Lowe's. If it's for one single panel, unfortunately, I do not believe we would do that. If I'm not mistaken, there's a minimum of linear feet you would have to purchase. Our Project Specialist - Exteriors, Allen, could definitely tell you more about it, if you're interested.
That will require you to go into store or looking online due to many to choose from with many different prices.
I would send any complaints to the attention of the general manager for Lowe's. I'm sure you would get the quickest response that way...
