I have a Howard Miller Grandfather clock that hasn’t worked in seven years. A friend recommended Maryland Clock Co. When I called, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of Rick. We discussed the problem and he scheduled an appointment to take a look at the clock. Rick and his assistant Noah showed up on time which I appreciated as I have a busy schedule. Rick quickly diagnosed the problem. My clock needed a new movement. Rick explained that the part was hard to find but would contact the manufacturer to find out if one was available. Although the part may not be available, Rick stated the he would do everything he could to rebuild the current movement to get my clock working again. Fortunately, the part was available and was ordered. Rick and Noah came back to my house, installed the new movement and insured it was working properly. Their expertise and professionalism is to be commended. I’m very happy with the work and after seven years, my grandfather clock chimes again. Thanks guys!!
