We would like to thank the Lithia Ward and Bishop Tingey especially for allowing us to listen in on your Sunday meetings. We are both recovering from surgeries and are homebound. It's so nice to hear the talks and the music. God bless you all. Bro and Sis. Sheets (Rachel Kinnamans parents)

Great people, great fellowship. Services are Sundays, starting at 0900, 1030, and noon. Youth activities are Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm. Usually something going on most Saturdays.

Before I became a member of the Church. Elders came to my place of living and the Elders told me about Joseph Smith " Good Things". The Elders told me about the "Word of Wisdom" . So I became a member of the Church. One day I saw Mormons drinking sodas with Caffeine in it. But Mormons not allowed to drink coffee and Tea which has caffeine in it according to the "Word of Wisdom" Then it got me really thinking. So I went on the internet to do research of Joseph Smith. I couldn't believe what I found out. Joseph Smith is a criminal. I realized the Elders and the church kept the whole truth from me about Joseph Smith. The Elders and the Church didn't want me to everything about Joseph Smith. Also I noticed that every Sunday I went to church that I noticed they only talked about Joseph Smith. They didn't mention about Jesus Christ. Because what I found out about Joseph Smith that I had written a letter reasons why I didn't want to be a member of the Church anymore. So the Good news is that I am not a member of the Mormon Church anymore and I am free. I only believe the Holy Bible. I believe Jesus died on the cross for me for my sins so I can be saved through the blood of Jesus Christ and Jesus is my Lord and personal savior. I believe theirs a Heaven and Hell. I believe the Holy Bible is TRUE. But I give them one star because they didn't tell me the whole truth about Joseph Smith and everything else.

What can I expect at your Church worship service?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints | Jan 14, 2022

The Church meeting always starts with a welcome and announcements from one of the lay leaders. Next, an opening song by the congregation and prayer offered by one of the members is followed by another hymn while the communion in remembrance of Jesus Christ is prepared and distributed to those who desire to receive it. Then, one or two of the members of the congregation (including youth and children) give talks--sometimes a musical number is performed by a member of the congregation or choir. The lay leader gives some brief concluding words followed by a closing song and prayer. On just the first Sunday of each month the members of the Church fast for the poor and needy. Instead of speakers, a few members of the congregation choose to share their feelings with the others about Jesus Christ and how grateful they are for him.

Hello! Is this phone number no longer valid?

Francine Hudak | Sep 12, 2018
Kourtney Fitzgerald | Sep 12, 2019

There is no office staff to answer a phone. Google posts the phone number registered to the building but it's really only used to call out, if it's connected at all. If you need to call someone with the church try looking up the address on maps.lds.org, usually it will have the Bishop's personal number.
