Horrible ppl! Refuses to even let u know your loved family member is there. What if I lived a 1000 miles away n wanted to see them b4 anything would happen ,is it to bad, just let um think no one loves them smh rude rude rude .wasn't even askin for their status just if they were placed there because that where the ins pays

My older daughter who is challenged has been at this assisted living center For a month. The admistrator Alex is very caring and compassionate and the residents tell me that the staff are very caring . My daughter likes it. She needs extra assistance and she receives it. I'm sorry there are old reviews posted that are not so good. But I don't see any current issues.
