HORRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first experience with this place was disappointing and the second time was even worse. My son switched school mid year, and we needed to purchase uniforms. During my first visit I wasn't even greeted at the door or offered help. While at check out, the school had given me a coupon to use for $5.00 off $50.00 purchase. They cashiers and other (Teenagers) working scowled and made a huge deal about the school handing out expired coupons. I hadn't payed close attention they made me feel bad for trying to use it. As I was handed my receipt, I was given a coupon for $10.00 off $50.00 that was only 2 days away. I was frustrated they wouldn't make an exception but I decided Ok, so be it.. When I got home I noticed I was over charged for one of the shirts I purchased. I drove back down to the store two days later (which is 20 mins away) and asked if they would return or re-ring up the shirts I had purchased two days prior, so that I could receive the discount for my trouble of having to drive back down to the store. NOPE.. I was rudely informed that wouldn't be happening. When I first entered the store, a gentleman was on the phone, and after hanging up, he was working on something. A few matters grabbed his attention, and he held up his finger to me suggesting for me to wait. Another young person stepped up and was assisting me with my order in which she had to eventually call the gentleman over to help. I explained my situation and he said, there was absolutely no refunds. He never apologized for the inconvenience, and was very rude. I really have no desire to step back into the store. A person should be greeted when entering (there were at least 10 employees walking around), and a person should not feel embarrassed for trying to use a coupon that was given by the school, who supplies them with a significant of orders each year and last, if they make a mistake, maybe apologize for the inconvenience. I wish our school would change uniform companies. It seems like I am not the only person who encountered a negative experience here. I would order somewhere else at all costs.

They are always out of stock with product I need. Usually have to order. They charge us seperate for shirts then the embroidery. I think it should be one price. They seem unorganized.

Customer service was great. Wish I had the cashier's name because she was so awesome and patient with me. She went out of her way to make sure she found the sizes I needed. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Do they have vented chef pants
Yes they have black scrub pants and I believe they carry cook wear clothing.
