Waiting for an order that is on back order with no date of getting order. I have called several times to get refund and I have not gotten a call back. It has been almost a month. If you do not have to use this company I would go somewhere else.

this has got to be the most unorganized store I have ever been to and so I call because they never let you know when your orders are ready and they don't answer the phone ever
