Where to even begin, From the very beginning it’s been a horrible experience. I signed a 1 year lease with White Diamond and to say the least the owner Theresa is a nice woman but a horrible business owner, very good talker and always try’s to soothe things over with words. However those tactics only last so long when things need fixing in a home and they aren’t getting done all the while rent is being paid on time. My air conditioner wasn’t working and my home was at 95 degrees in this horrible florida heat, i was told “it’s not her problem and it would have to wait till Monday to have it looked at” thank goodness my husband knows hvac and was able to fix it. My property was constantly flooding and due to an overflowing drain field but was told it’s not a big deal and it would be taken care of, well I had to live 3 months with an awful smell inside my home. Also upon move in the residence was filthy and was allegedly deep cleaned before I moved in but I don’t think old oil and grease in the stove, dirty air vents and nasty refrigerator along with filthy floors and moldings are supposed to be dirty after a deep clean. There’s tons more but with that being said I do not recommend renting from White Diamond Realty unless you want constant upsets and headaches. I feel sorry for the home owners they don’t keep in the loop.

We rented from them just over four years with no issues and minimal increases. Any issues we reported were taken care of immediately. House was clean when we moved in. We extended the lease a couple months past our lease end date and they worked with us on that and didn’t charge us more then regular rent. We have had nothing but positive experience. We moved closer to our jobs and are paying 700 more a month for smaller house with no pool so more then fair on rent prices. Everything is spelt out in lease what your responsible for at move out. I think the there has to be more to the story on the bad reviews. Thank you White Diamond for the 4+ years of worry free renting.
