I brought My car in due to steering wheel shaking and after diagnosing the problem at a cost of $250, waiting for parts and repairs done at a cost of $699, I did not see any difference in the performance of my car. You think they would have driven the car before giving it back to me. When I contacted the service representative, he was very nice and suggested that I may have a problem with the tire. Why did they not know this before? He asked me to bring the car back so that they can check it, again. I am not sure at this point if the original repair was needed since it did not fix the problem.

I had tires remounted and never seen so many chalk markings on rims or tires in my life. I guess since i declined the $3500 of work they wanted to do i wasnt a worthy customer to run the car thru the car wash or make ANY ATTEMPT to clean up the mess they made. A $80 tired has never produced the amount this $500 one has. I guess i paid extra for chalk.
