First, I think Dr. Tanyous is a competent Pulmonologist but the group he works for stinks. I had seen Dr. Tanyous twice before, and so I made an appointment to see him six months in advance. When I showed up yesterday for my appointment, I found out they had switched me to see Tammy Baker without asking or even notifying me. I went ahead with the visit anyway, to my regret. I don't want to badmouth Tammy, but changing my appointment without my consent is unethical and unprofessional. The excuses they gave were absolutely laughable. I will not be patronizing Shorepoint again. Here's a follow-up to this review: Shorepoint responded to my review the next day, asking me to contact them to discuss the matter. Of course, the number they gave doesn't answer.

My very 1st visit here. The staff very pleasant! Nurse very attentive and friendly. Dr. Figueroa was amazingly wonderful! She explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had. She took initiative to make sure I understood and explained all tests that are needed in great detail! I recommend her 100% 5*****

Dr. Tanyous takes his time and goes over all your concerns and will explain it in detail. He is very pleasant and caring. His nurse is very upbeat and puts you at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Tanyous.
