Scheduled an appointment in person one month in advance and then, on that date, they said they couldn't find that appointment. UPDATE: Someone was nice enough to look into the system and helped us solved our problem. So I am happy to add two more stars.

Average waiting time at least 10 minutes. They only have one teller working most times. I went into to cash one of their checks ,they said they needed to verify funds , ok fine, since I do the deposit for the company I know what's in the bank account. They refused to cash the check, the excuse its a really weird amount 4,500 is a weird amount ? Because I wasn't willing to open a personal account with Boa the refused as well. Thats ok went to my bank Wells Fargo and they no problem at all. Boa needs to bring back the waiting in line for so long they give you $10. Id be rich by now. Update: 3/21/22. I waited in line for 45 minutes for a easy deposit. 45 minutes with one teller, and 3 people walking around doing nothing to help. The 1 teller is the dumbest idea ever. And going to social media to Twitter to report an issue is just plain stupid. Maybe read all the 1 stars on Google. This branch is the absolute worst

Do not go this bank as they only have 1 teller. It is fine if she is the only one but you can see the other staffs passing by. Worse bank ever!!! Our business never has issue withdrawing cash from another branches but today, we have to ran errands, deciding to come in this bank, has been the worse decision in my life. Very high compared to credit unions. Go to becu.org for a great rate, service, and lowest fees.
Interest rates are much higher on money market accounts at credit unions. Fees are much lower. Service is much faster. Go to becu.org to comparison shop.
