Yes, you can come in anytime during daylight hours and read as much and as peacefully as you'd like. On Fridays there's some rush starting from 12 and going on till 3, but that is simply due to Friday prayer. You can attend Friday prayer and experience how it follows through. There also may be rush because of a jinaza, which is a public prayer that happens when someone in the Muslim community passes away. It doesn't happen often though allhamdulliah, so most days you will have a lot of peace and quiet as you'd like. May Allah guide you on your islamic journey! :) Sincerely, Amna Rashid

Eidulfitr will be Tue or Wed as per crescent sight meaning if they see the crescent Monday's evening that means Tue is 1st day of Shaw'wal which is Eid and if they don't see it that means Tue is the 30 day of Ramadan and Wed will be 1st day of Shawwal which is Eid.
