I came in to see, and NOW we are The New Couple on The Central Leisure Lake. People are very nice, management are great. And IT is BEAUTIFUL.

The place is deceiving driving thru the park looks ok from the street. Talk to the Tenants, they will tell you different. Well 💦 water smells like rotten eggs. No trash pick up, there's a gondola as you leave the park. 🚨 Police are continually called to the property. Talk to some of the tenants and in my opinion you will find why the rent is low because it's just a rundown old trailer park. According to some of the tenants it's getting worse every day.
