This business is a waste of time and extremely slow. They do not know how to communicate effectively to customers. After speaking with multiple individuals about a very simple tshirt order, they informed me after I called that I cannot place an individual order online or via phone, and that it must be done in store. I drove 40 mins the following day to place the order and then after 30 minutes of fumbling around, quoted me a higher price than they did in email and then informed me that they do not take card and it’s only cash. This was NEVER mentioned the entire time I have been communicating with them since last week and via phone. Then, I can see the office manager / owner lady arguing with one of the guys telling him to “man up” in regards to him telling me that they cannot accept card as payment. EXTREMELY unprofessional! Edit: Do not lie and say you informed me about cash payment only, that is not true, I walked with my credit card ONLY, not a debit card that could’ve used to withdraw funds, which I mentioned. You are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and I certainly would not be back or recommend to others.

The shirts came out amazing and everyone was very helpful. Miss Cupid was able to help me out with some custom print shirts and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend and will be coming back for any future print needs.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!! The lady that answered my call was so rude when asked a few questions about a past order we made. She even hung up on me. When I called back, she flat out lied that I was being harsh and she "hung up gently" after I called her out on the way she does business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. You will regret it.
