Worst dunks around. The drive thru is a joke and takes forever. They consistently get orders wrong. I typically get iced lattes and theirs tastes horrible. I’ve had to dump many out from this location. I live so close so have always gone due to convenience but I’ll never go back here again. Horrible customer service. The owners of this location really need to reassess this place.

The girl made my order wrong twice and when i asked for a new one she just poured the hot drink over ice. Ignored me the second time around after it being made wrong again. Poor customer service, and very disrespectful. I will not be returning. Clearly they need a refresher on customer service...

I ran into the same situation @ the 729 Boston Rd. DD. in Billerica. The person at the drive through would not wait on me even though the dining room was closed. 2:00 PM on Sat. Sept. 11. He was very rude and argumentative. I was trying to order a Matcha Latte...Never again!!!

Live super close to this location but they ALWAYS take a long time in the drive thru. Most of their new hired staff is so slow compared to other Dunkins in the area. If you can go the extra mile, do it. At least you have the confidence that your order will be correct!
