I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for servicing a few days ago. Not much was needed--tire rotation, oil change and new filter. The work was done immediately and I was out in 45e minutes. So I was one happy customer. The only downside was that I had to wait over a month for an appointment. A major upside, however, was that during the lockup last year when I couldn't leave my residence for servicing and inspection, Mirak picked up my car, took care of what was needed, and brought it back that day. That's what I call amazing service!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Andy in sales and Nick in the service department. Since I bought my Genesis a year ago from Andy he has always been available for any questions I needed answered. When I’ve had to bring my car in for service Nick has always been very accommodating and knowledgeable. Last week they went beyond anything I would’ve expected. I had just come over the George Washington Bridge on my way to Virginia when I a huge pothole and blew the tire. Turns out the New Jersey Turnpike does not allow anyone on the pike except for their service people… so my Genesis Road service package could do nothing to help. For the 2 1/2 hours I was stranded there (turns out the pike people couldn’t figure out how to change the tire) Nick tried to walk them through it which turned out to be impossible. Andy on his end was researching New Jersey Genesis dealerships to try to get me set up with the closest one. The dealership he found couldn’t have been more accommodating and had me on my way within an hour of arriving. In addition they both called the next day to see if everything was set for my ride back. Highly recommend Mirak…and also Liberty Hyundai if you are ever in Mahwah NJ.

Bought another car at Mirak Hyundai. The staff are wonderful and they make the process so smooth. I have had nothing but great cars for years. Love my new Hyundai Tuscon. My sales agent Alex, was courteous and great in explaining everything about the new technology of the vehicle. From the manager to the finance dept. they make you feel like they are helping you and answering all your question. Service department have always been top notch too.

We have a fleet of about 20 just be sure to reserve one first as they do have a high usage rate.
Yes we offer local shuttle service, are directly on multiple bus routes and the minuteman bike path and have rental vehicles available as well.

It depends on the insurance company and the way it broke. Sometimes the dealership is more than will to do for a small fee.
Yes all modern combination keys and key fobs run off a small circular battery. We have them in stock at our Parts center which opens at 7 am and closes at 6 pm and we would be more than happy to assist you in changing it at no additional cost. Stop by any time, we are always here to assist.
Our service, parts and collision center which services all of our brands and is located at 1125R Mass Ave in Arlington opens at 7 AM and closes at 6 PM Monday-Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. Our sales showrooms are open 9 AM to 8 PM Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Saturday and Noon to 5PM Sunday. We look forward to assisting you.
