Kally, Office Manager, has zero Patient Customer Skills. Came to the counter with an attitude. I originally only wanted page 1 of 3 returned to me yet she decided to have an attitude so I got one too. REFUSED to book me an appointment with Dr. Rommel. All while not wearing a MASK which is their rule not mine. I will no longer wear a mask while visiting this office. Dr. Rommel is the only reason I still come here. Wish he’d leave or get better office staff.

If you need an same day appointment for your sick child be sure to call 3 hours before they open or you're going to be simply out of luck.

Been a patient here since I was a kid and now bring our kids. The wait time is completely unacceptable and I work for doctors! My wife is there with 2 kids and has been waiting over an hour and a half. Were told they were next and another 20min went by. Office manager is changing rooms to find a different doc to help. This will be our last visit here and will find different docs that actually care. Wish Dr. Rommel would go to a different practice as he is awesome. Also- look at their reviews and how they don't answer negative ones, just the positive ones. Sad as this place use to be so good.
