I have been here 2x so far and while I know never to come back on a Sunday afternoon because apparently that's when everyone wants to get laundry done....I will make this place my new favorite....it's clean and the staff are super nice! …Yes, we agree some Sunday afternoons can sometimes be more crowded than we like. We try our hardest to provide a satisfying experience under those circumstances !!!

I actually really liked this laundromat until I caught one of the employees taking my clothes out of the washing machine no more than 5 minutes after it stopped because another customer had lied and said it had been stopped for 15 minutes. …Customers go shopping while their clothes are washing and it is only a 30 minute cycle. Other customers are waiting for a machine. After 5 or 10 minutes if the original customer does not return when the cycle is completed, we remove their clothes, with plastic gloves on, and place them in a basket identified with the washer number and place them in front of the office.We handle many wash & fold garments both wet and dry with gloves on and we have no issues. If there are no customers waiting, we won't remove the clothes from the machine. We try to satisfy everyone.

My clothes were stopped for exactly 2 minutes as I walked from my car to the machine. I had a timer set on my phone. Someone started to take my clothes out. It wasn’t 3 minutes, not 5 minutes , not 15 minutes. LISTEN CLOSELY, it was 2 minutes !!!Sometimes it gets very busy and customers are waiting for an empty machine! It is posted on the wall that we have the right to remove clothes that have not been started or emptied within a reasonable time. Please set the timer on your phone more accurately, especially when it is very busy. We have many customers that go shopping at Stop & Shop or the Dollar Store and get held up in the cashier line! If we remove them they are placed in a basket, covered and placed in front of the office.
